Dream21 Recording Studio – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Dream21 Recording Studio, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all studio sessions.

• The remaining balance is due before or at the start of the session.

• Sessions will not begin until payment is received.

• All payments are processed through our secure payment system.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days.

• No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

3. Late Policy

• Sessions start at the scheduled time, not arrival time.

• 15-minute grace period provided.

• After 15 minutes, session time is deducted.

• After 30 minutes, the session may be canceled with no refund.

4. Session Time & Overtime

• Booked time includes setup, recording, playback, and breaks.

• Overtime is subject to availability and billed as follows:

• $25 per 30 minutes

• $50 per hour

• Dream21 is not responsible for unfinished work due to time misuse.

5. Studio Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• No violence, harassment, or destructive behavior.

• Dream21 reserves the right to end a session without refund if policies are violated.

• Clients are financially responsible for damages caused during their session.

6. Guest Policy

• Guest limits depend on the suite booked.

• Additional guests require prior approval.

• Excess guests may result in an added fee of $10 per additional guest.

• Client is responsible for guest behavior.

7. Engineer Services

• Engineer services include recording setup, session management, and basic mixing balance.

• Engineers do not provide songwriting, vocal coaching, or creative direction.

• Additional production, editing, or mixing is billed separately.

8. File Storage & Delivery

• Clients must bring a USB or external hard drive.

• Files are stored for 7 days after the session.

• File retrieval after 7 days (if available): $25 recovery fee.

• Dream21 is not responsible for lost files after storage period.

9. Smoking / Vaping Policy

• Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.

• A $50 smoke-cleanup fee applies if smoking occurs outside approved areas.

• Any odor or residue requiring deep cleaning may result in additional charges.

10. After-Hours Sessions

• Sessions booked after 10:00 PM are considered after-hours.

• After-hours fee: $50 flat fee per session.

• Subject to staff availability.

11. Refund Policy

• Studio time, deposits, and session fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued only if Dream21 cancels the session.

• Technical issues on our end will be resolved with a reschedule, not a refund.

12. Intellectual Property

• All recorded material belongs to the client once payment is completed.

• Dream21 Recording Studio may capture behind-the-scenes content for promotion.

• Clients may opt out in writing before their session begins.

13. Artist Release

• By entering the studio, clients grant Dream21 permission to photograph or record non-confidential behind-the-scenes content.

• This does not include releasing music or sensitive creative material.

14. Agreement

By submitting a booking and payment, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these terms

• Agree to all studio policies

• Accept responsibility for your session and guests
